Problems with Passcard for Nintendo DS Lite

I recently purchased a M3 Adapter SD version and Passcard for the Nintendo DS Lite from Diveneo.cn. I received them very promptly and after using it for a few days I was very happy with it and purchased a second one for my wifes Nintendo DS.

But when I came to use it again today I am having serious problems with it. After taking the Passcard out for the first time to play another game, I came to use the Passcard again and now 90% of the time my DS no longer recognises it. I have to take it out and put it back in about 10 times until it finally works. And what is worse when I came to test the Passcard on my wife's Nintendo DS (also a Lite) I found that no matter how many times I try, it will never work.

So right now I am very unhappy and am hoping that my new Passcard will not suffer from the same problems.

I don't suppose anyone has any idea what I can do about this? Other than have them replace it?
