Wait till you next get the pop up

Ctrl Alt Delete / Applications

right click on WindowSeek or WindowURL and "press go to process"

The name of that should be Win"xxx".tem.exe ("xxx" being a set of characters)

If so type in ".tem.exe" and "Win" into search computer, and allow to search hidden files.

Hopefully you will get two sets of files. One set found in one folder, the other in a different 1.

Now go to the location shown by the search, in my case C:/ Windows/ temp and C:/ Windows/ pre(something or other)

You may need to have hidden folders shown to do this (simply Tools/ Folder options/ view/ show hidden folders)

I just deleted the entire folders, altho you can be selective if you wish (it could mean slightly slowed down internet for a very short while)

Then empty your recycle bin, and cross fingers.
