I have a 1.6 I have Modded.
I did the 1.6 it seemed OK I put in a Xecuter3 CE I inslalled it with the X3 v1.6 LPC REBUILD I also used a X3 PRO SWITCHE. After all the work I booted it if I press the power quick and go to mod chip enabled, and that is where it goes. If I press the power long and go to normal Xbox Dash. After flashing it it will boot and

If you cannot navigate the FlashBIOS menu - have only one controller plugged in, unplug any DVD dongles or memory cards, try to
use an original MS controller.

A have and did try an oricanal Xbox controler.

do you have other original controllers to try??

ive seen problems like this alot, some controllers are not supported in flashbios.

maybe borrow a friends or goto a walmart and pickup 1 or 2 extra ones and try them.... if they dont work bring em back :)

I got it to work thanks, 4 controlers later. ( All Micro$oft Xbox)
Have the 1.2 up and running after the flash. The 1.6 on the other hand flashed but now it flashes 3 times and hangs.

thats good you got the controller issue sorted :)

the non working v1.6 is it a v1.6 or v1.6B ?

You may have flashed the incorrect bios to the system causing it to F*** up...


can you switch the banks and get back to the flashbios screen?
