I have seen some of the links for music torrents sites and all are not useful. Most are either no longer running, not excepting registeration, have independent or undgerground artists or are just lame.

I am a huge hip-hop, Alternative Rock, Pop, and R&B fan so I want sites that offer those genres. Can anyone help?

Kk, well anyone will tell you that torrentazos is the best source for music on the web, I only see one pop up and you can close it and browse the site fine, for whats on there you should deal with it, its worth it!!!

Rav009 you may may be right about that site being the best for music but every time I try to close the popups I am redirected to another site. If I click the back button to get back to the site I am just redirected to yet another site. Plus it didn't have some of the music I was looking for.

or if you dont want to use torrent sites albumbase.com has an amazingly huge amount of albums. it uses rapidshare so you have to wait a few secs before you dl starts. you do have to register, but its free and you dont need to be invited. atm they have 41 000+ albums. it has a lot of albums you wouldn't find on torrent sites and you dont have to worry about seeders. if you dont like it, just go to the sites rav suggested.

I love albumbase.com but albumbase has nothing but bad liks now, no matter what file you search for. This makes me think perhaps RIAA has gotten they hands on this great site. That is why i am looking for another good site.

The reason I love Albumbase.com is because it is files downloaded from file hosting sites and not on bit torrents sites so you get better speed downloads and now need to seed like with bit torrents. Anyone have a good alternative to albumbase.com that is very similar to albumbase.com?
