I want to go online with my Xbox 360,but do I have to pay £50 for a xbox wireless adapter,or will any wireless adapter work?

You can't use a usb adapter unless it's the official adapter or has it's usb plug converted to an ethernet plug. You can also use the original xbox adapter or any ethernet bridge.

You can get a linksys wet11 on ebay for like 20 bucks. It does the job perfectly. 100 bucks for the wireless usb adapter is a huge ripoff IMO. It is just greediness by MS.
