I have same problem with all bittorrent programs!

Every bittorrent program I have used (my favourite one is bitcomet), I experience the same problem, I cannot surf while downloading something!!

Is there any way to fix this problem?

P.S.
I am using dial-up internet...

What if I use a router to split my internet to two comps?? Will it download on one comp at half speed and surf on the other at half speed?

Just get software NetLimiter.
It will allow you to limit download/upload speed what your programs can use so you can download and surf at the same time.

OneMember, just one more question...if I limit bitcomet to download and upload both at only 1 kb per second...will I be able to both browse and download...by the way, thx alot for helping me..

I think that 1kb is too slow.... and you might not get nothing...
