I have one that's 2.79 gb and I patched it with the XX XX 01 30 BC DNAS but it didn't work. I'm guessing it's a problem with the ISO, because I burned it how I normally do successfully with Nero Burning ROM image burn. This time I'm patching it with the XX XX 00 30 BC DNAS, but if this 2.79 gb file isn't the correct one then no way hose will I burn it.

Thanks in advance.

You're using the wrong DNAS code. It's XX-XX-01-30-BG (official)

in WinDIP Version 1.7 I can't even type a G in the patch code areas! And PS2NFO program says it's not even a valid DNAS ISO, which is probably wrong.

Is there a newer version of WinDIP out? There's like no official site for it.

That's right, you can't use G. It must be A-F or 0-9.

Well that's the official DNAS I pulled off the Megal Gear Solid 3: Subsistence game that I own. I used the DVD ID Checker. You're right about the WinDIP not letting you put the G in. Weird how my backup plays online though. Back when I backed this game up I used the other way to patch DNAS. The DiscID Inserter method. I'm going to check into this myself, and see what my backup's DNAS actually is and post that. I KNOW that works, I just gave the official one without even thinking about it. :)

Ok, here's my stuff. Check to see if your files are set up this same way.

Try to use low digits for your XX.. I noticed mine are kinda low.

The dummy dat file needs to look the same, or maybe you can rebuild it with the dummy.dat being zero bytes. Also another thing, try to make sure your DVD-r is book marked to DVD-ROM.
