Well i just got a brand new hp media center pc desktop model number m7470n...it has ah dvd rom drive and ah lightscribe DVD Supermulti Drive/ cd-writer...well recently when i got the computer the lightscribe drive was workin fine, but until now its not reading any blank media (blank dvds n cds) soo i dunno whats going on i contacted hp they sugested going out buying lightscribe discs so i did still no change same problem....then contacted them again and restored my computer to eareleir point when the drive was workin still no change now the finnal resorte they told was to restore it to when i first got meaning complteing erassing all my data etc. sooo i dunno if u guys no was wrong before i go off erassing all my data.....soo help thanx.
