I am trying to make my plextor 740a region free and i downloaded a folder from the dangerous brothers website. The folder consists of 3 files the flasher, a text file(not instructions) some configuration settings. and a file i have never seen its a .CVT. Now what do i do. do i just run the flasher?
I have already flashed my drive with that firmware 1.02 btw, now does that make my drive region free.
Does that other file do something to the flasher to make it a region free flasher.
Or is there something else i need to do.
Sorry if this is confusing,
but if anyone has any advice please reply

Once you have run the exe flasher and it has gone through without a hitch then your all done.
