its not you. There is 600 seeders and 800 leechers and all the leechers are taking the dling speed.Let the seeders go up and leechers down and you should get better speed.

actually with all those seeders and peers, he should be receiving better speeds. Even with so many peers sucking up the bandwith from the seeders, you can DL from the peers so they can actually speed up your download.

Again, make sure all ports are forwarded correctly and also your firewall is allowing utorrent connections. Check in utorrent and make sure the speed guide says that the port is forwarded properly.

Also, make sure your network properties is set correctly, do not select too high of an upload speed. You could also have a poor ISP that throttles bandwith for p2p programs.

well of coarse the more seeds the better but 600/800 ratio aint bad, you should get ok speeds from that.

Did you follow everything on dvdback23's utorrent guide?

Like opening more ports and more importantly limiting your upload speed to approx 30 depending on your connection speed. It's a great guide and increased my speed alot.

You know i personaly think it could be something to with your torrent.
But more likely Utorrent I dont like it, it is'nt good at all.
My downloads dont even start, but that doesn't mean it is all bad others have had brilliant experiences with it.
Jattunit I reccomend you get, BitTornado or Bitcomet, they work fine, well atleast for me, hey even the official BT client aint bad either. Try a new client other than ABC, Azerus or Utorrent. Oh and I wouldn't reccomend getting BitLord, it was built on the C++ foundations and frameworks of an earlier BitComet and there for has many bugs and glitches.
Oh and one last piece of advice, if using BitTorando, or any other client for that matter, download over night, trust me you get amazing speeds, and download finishes around early morning, 5:00 am-6:00 am sometimes even quicker, so you even start to seed and help out others, and seeding is great, especialy if you are using a private tracker, it keeps your share rate up and keeps you in their good books.
Hope I have helped!
WAIT I almost forgot, make sure you have a firewall up and a anti-virus shield on when leaving on through the night.
