PS2 code breaker v4 codes - for GTA LCS?

I have an old Code Breaker disc. The guys over at the official CodeBreakers website, have long since stop supporting the Version 4 disc.

I need to find a master (M) code for Grand Theft Auto - Liberty City Stories. And what is the best way, to take existing codes (for another cheat device) and convert them to something CodeBreaker v4 can use?

Max Convert? I tried using that once, but it did not produce usable codes.

I know my version 4 still works (even though it is old) because I used it for Resident Evil 4, just a few months ago (someone supposed pre-converted codes).
