Hey guys maybe someone can help me,
I'm at work but would like to remote into my home PC, here at work im behind firewalls and such as all the info i have is a proxy which i currently use to use my IE browser is there any software like realvnc which will work through maybe http? the proxy is on port 80 any help greatly appricated thanks in advance.

What have you tried already?

A few programs that come to mind are RealVNC, TightVNC or PCAnywhere.
