Some mp3s giving me trouble in burning to cd/dvd

I am using Nero 7 and some mp3s have trouble burning/transfering to cd/dvds. When I try to add the folder containing the albums via nero express it says "cannot locate specified file" but when I go into the folder and add each mp3 they show up as red Xs and when I try to burn it says error. Is this a sign of new copyright protection encoded into the mp3s, I hope not. though when I transfer them into an ipod it plays beautifully. Anybody have the same experience?

I use Nero 6, and when I burn mp3 CDs, you cannot drag the folder over, you need to highlight all the files in the folder, and drag the files over, not the folder. try that.

For the best quality mp3s use EAC (exact audio copy) to rip your audio CDs and LAME to encode them. Follow this guide:
