trying to install Nero 7 premium. itis saying fatal error??? do not know what to do i am new to this.

Sometimes Nero is a problem to download, I would run this clean tool to remove any Nero from your HD, http://ww2.nero.com/nero7/enu/Nero7_CleanTool.html and then install this version 7.0.8.2 which is NOT the latest version, but it is the latest STABLE version available, 7.2.0.3 and 7.2.0.3b are "bggy", heres the link
