I'm having a problem here which needs to be cleared out once and for all, so here it is:
I had a PSX and lots of games for it. I sold the console and I backuped my PSX games with Alcohol 120% (CCD format).
Then I bought a fresh new PlayStation 2 slim (Modbo chip, works excellent, boots up PS2 backups, PSX backups (one game in a CD) and ect. So in quick the console works very well.
What is the problem? - Is there any way, any application, anything what could help me to do the following: To create a DVD for my PS2 full of full PSX games which would be playable and the game I wish to play would be selectable from a menu which should appear after the PlayStation logo.
So I believe you get the idea. I want to make a multi-PSX-game DVD to play on PS2 slim. I would send a ton of beer to those who help me right away :D
Like stevenps2 said, unfortunately you can't do that. Now if your have a good computer, your best bet is to actually play it on the computer, because playing CD based games on your PS2 isn't good for the laser, so unless you want to burn each individual game onto a DVD (which isn't that bad an idea), you could try playing it on the pc. Check out ePSXe for this
Hmm as I see here I get the answers I am affraid the most - that it is not possible.
BUT
Then how the hell, Russians (I'm from Lithuania) CAN make them and sell out pirted games copies in shopping malls??? They know how to do it. I tried such a game collection on PS2.
Hmm, interesting. Well I guess if you can put multiple games on a CD, you should be able to then convert that to a DVD... be sure to post the results when you've tried it out! :)
Lol, hmm German eh... not something I'm going to try and touch :P I'm going to have a go at this thing next weekend when I have some time on my hand, will post results later :)
