how to patch .Mdf and .Mds pal ps2 game to ntsc?

I've tried using MagicIso to convert the files to iso so i can patch it with pal2ntsc y fix, that didn't work so i just created a new iso with the disk I burned earlier (and realized the region problem) I've made a new iso (with magiciso) and patched it and then burn it with Alcohol (tried burning it as dvd and cd) still didn't work, can anyone suggest me a easier way to fix this PAL to NTSC problem? :S Like i tried looking for patches that work for .mdf and .mds type but i can't seem to get them to work and for the iso file type, the ps2 just won't load the game i've patched with pal2ntsc :S I've been trying to solve this problem for two days now, can someone please help me fix this problem? Thanks in advance...

The best way to solve this problem once and for all is to get a SCART cable, a signal converter or a TV that supports both PAL/NTSC. I've never patched a game but that's how I deal with NTSC games. The whole patching business is too cumbersome and I think it's worth investing in that bit of money, a lot easier and it's guaranteed to work. Patching a game doesn't work all the time

Yeah, extract the files from the .mdf file and rebuild it with CDVDGen. Take the iml file from there and use Gnie's IML2ISOv4 and build the .iso
Patch it
Burn with DVD Decrypter.

Oh yeah, I think he's in the US since he's trying to patch a PAL game to NTSC. There's not too many SCART enabled TV's here. I personally have never seen one.

Thank-you very much, I'll go try right away.

I've tried it, i'm guessing the problem lies in the pal2ntsc patcher :S is there any different and more reliable patchers i can use :S Oh and the game i'm trying to burn is La Pucelle

After the playstation screen it just stays black.. a black screen with nothing to load
