when copying with AnyDVD 6.0.1.1 running and ripping with Nero Recode, i'll play the disc first. Audio is there for both versions of the movie but when i actually rip to an image on my HDD, the audio only works on the first version of the movie. i got it to work with DVDShrink but i prefer to use Recode. is there extra audio channels that maybe causing Recode not to rip properly?

I wish I could help ya with this but there aren't any that I know of that could be causing this. I know you like that way that you are doing it but DVD Decrypter and Shrink aren't hard ways to get your DVD to play with the proper audio. Just give it a shot and who knows you might end up doing it that way more often.

thanks a bunch. i used to use Decrypter and then shrink my movies with Nero but then i got tired of all the extra steps. but do you think it would work better if i used Decrypter first? and can i get the audio issue to work by doing so with Nero?
