DVD43 ADDRESS VIOLATION??!!

I've been using DVD43 for sometime now without any problems. I run it along w/dvdshrink. All of a sudden I am unable to launch DVD Shrink and am receiving an address violation notice in module dvd43tray.exe. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and still having problems...Any help would be appreciated!

Remove any and all instances of DVD43 from your PC and then use a registry cleaner. DL and install DVDFab Decrypter and rip your movies to HDD first and then continue with DVD Shrink as usual. DVD43 is a quirky program that usually causes more problems than it's worth.

Thanks for the info...I don't have a Registry Cleaner...can you tell me where I can get one?
