If your virus program isn't up to par to what you are expecting you must try Panda Titanium 2006 Antivirus + Antispyware. A 30 day trial can be downloaded here http://www.pandasoftware.com/home/particulares/default
I have had very little problems out of it but I didn't buy it so...
I have tried MANY different antivirus programs and I must say this is by far the best! It has it all! Virus protection, spyware protection, protection against all known treats, firewall, internet protection level control, protection against vulnerabilities, find and removes all unknown dialers, known "jokes", and hacking tools, heuristic scan, and periodic self-diagnosis.
It truly takes the gold in spyware removal!
