Hi,
i just installed the 91.31 drivers for my graphics card, and they installed perfectly,it's just, every time i boot my pc, the icon for
the nvidia settings, the yellow thingy in the bottom right boots as well, since i don't need it to boot, how can i stop this?
Spy sweeper always boots it,even if i disable it there. Please help me out, where can i change its settings?Thank you

Hi Jurgennop,
If you want keep that driver, checkmark it to Spysweepers alarm note
And Click KEEP.

i did check to keep like a million times, but always the control panel thingy comes back in the bottom right. Even if i choose to remove it in spysweeper. Do you know what i mean? can you see the thing before you?
I don't want the Nvidia graphic card utility program to boot at start up,how do i remove it???
this is my HjT log if you need it.

Hi jurgennop
Yes it is, ofcourse ylou can do it that way:
Click start > run > type to box "msconfig" and click ok
go to "startup" sheet and there unmark what you want to prevent run at startup
Then click "use" and "close" click then "reboot"
When comp is running after starting appears a window checkmark box and click ok.

i do doubt that it will work though, because, every time i check in spysweeper under shields, startup shields, the entry NvCplDaemon is checked, then when i uncheck it and reboot,it boots without the Nvidia graphic card utility program... BUT immediately, that spysweeper alert pops up again and says that it will start NvCplDaemon when i restart, check previous pic. WHY??????
Before i had spysweeper and ZoneAlarm on my pc i never had this issue.
the first time i installed the new drivers in the past, the Nvidia graphic card utility program booted once, then i close to exit it by right clicking and just went to tuneup utilities and unchecked the startprocess in the tuneup startup manager, and that worked, now that doesn't work either anymore. I hope i've made verything clear to you,and someone can help me out.

This is driving me crazy!!!!!!
