Here are a few things I see:
It appears that this may need to be removed.
Quote: C:\DOCUME~1\Comes\LOCALS~1\Temp\RtkBtMnt.EXE It appears that you have two AV's on your system and may interfere with each other. You should remove these.
Quote: O16 - DPF: {2BC66F54-93A8-11D3-BEB6-00105AA9B6AE} (Symantec AntiVirus scanner) - http://security.symantec.com/SSC/SharedContent/vc/bin/AvSniff.cab O16 - DPF: {644E432F-49D3-41A1-8DD5-E099162EEEC5} (Symantec RuFSI Utility Class) - http://security.symantec.com/sscv6/SharedContent/common/bin/cabsa.cab If you need to open your registry to remove all occurrences of Symantec do so by selecting run and then typing regedit (do not remove anything you are not sure about). It appears you are using McAfee. Two AV's may interfere with each other.
Now the next step is to download Ad-Aware which is free from lavasoft. You may find it at download.com. Make sure that you are downloading Ad-Aware SE from lavasoft. Next update your McAfee and reboot your system into safe mode.
In safe mode run Ad-Aware and remove all. Next run a full system scan with McAfee.
Now while you are in safe mode run disk Cleanup. Just in case you are not aware of it's location Start-> All Programs-> Accessories-> System Tools. You will find Disk Cleanup here as will as the next application you will run.
After Disk Cleanup you will run Disk Defragmenter found in the same area. after you remove the Symantec, the possible file in your documents and setting folder (This one I would have to have a closer look at.), then reboot and run the programs I specified you should be running at top performance. Remember to run the scans in safe mode. Good luck and I hope this information helps.
