Can't Rip Star Wars II Attack of the Clones

I need help! I have tried almost everything, I need someone who has completed the rip successfully to give me some instructions. PLZ, I would really appreciate it. BTW every time I use DVD Shrink "version 3.2.0.15" I get this message

"DVD Shrink ecountered an error and cannot continue. Failed to read file "I:\" Data error (cyclic redundancy check)."

I'm also using AnyDVD version 6.0.1.1

theres no special protection on this dvd its a bad/scratched dvd causing the read errors try another dvd or use Intervideo DVDCopy 4 to transcode and burn it the program reads dvds that are damaged
