I tried to start my computer then it would ask me the question safe mode, safe mode with networking, or start windows normally i clicked start windows normally then it shutsoff compleatly i have a windows XP pro 3.06 mgz 512 mb memory it is all brand new i just bought it all last week and it has never worked sense then so can any one please help me

well if i was u i would that it back sounds like thay did not install windows properly, might have sime file missing ring the shop and try and get them around to fix it, if not take it back and get your money back before its to late and u have to spend £100 on a windows xp pro cd
