Computer audio not working, help?

my computer won't play music anymore, just like, out of no where, well, it was after I installed Ultimate Spiderman, now that game won't load it just crashes and more importantly music does not play... i looked to see if there was an error code in WMP and it said
C00D11BA: Cannot play the file

...

Error ID = 0xC00D11BA, Condition ID = 0x00000000

does anyone know how i can fix this?

weird! I went to the device manager, and 2 things called like microsoft kernel wave audio mixer & microsoft kernel acoustic echo canceler were there with yellow exclamations, i disabled and reenabled them and they dissappeared and now everything works fine!
