hi i just downloaded the cars torrent for ps2. it was an rar. file and i turned it into and iso using WinRAR. i burned it using DVD Decrypter and it seemed to work fine(the burn). when my son tried to play it, upon the opening screen it just rolls up and down, from the opening shot on.i thought i forgot to verify the burn but i did another one with the verification and the same result. anyone know whats wrong?

Anyways, to answer your question, is the game a PAL game (European)?

Use a PAL2NTSC patcher to patch the iso, which doesn't always work, or use a TV that supports both NTSC 60Hz & PAL 50Hz signals.
