Star Tropics for the NES. It was a cross from Zelda and a strategy platformer that is the hardest game I ever beat to this date. There were 2 of them, the first and the second I am still on the last chapter of that game.

duke nukem 3d, with the exact same auto aim features and gamespeed as the dos release... that game was addicting as hell and autoaim feature made fast action roid battles a little more accurate and a lot of fun. It would be real fun to play on an xbox controller, and would be one hell of an xbox live experience.

yea i wanna see a metroid game, cuz it looked great on gamecube.

i would love an onimusha game, my all time favorite game plus xbox 360 doesn't have any 3rd person sword fighting game besides dynasty warriors and i already have and beat that.

resident evil also because its a favorite series of mine.

zelda, but i'm confused about what nintendo is doing with that game, i've heard so much nonsense that i don't know if its going be on gamecube or the new nintendo, i heard both but if like that would the one for the new system be better or would it be like playing a ps1 game on a ps2.

i can't wait for grand theft auto 4, its going to be the sh*t.

anyone play hitman bloodmoney? it amazed me on 360. never played a hitman game i liked so much.

Yeah it's classic like doom or quake but better.

duke nikem forever has been in development forever but they say maybe the end of this year.It pc by roots but a nice xbox 360 port would be great. He was the first charactor with what I call attitude.I'm surprised so many remember him because it's been since ps1 and nin 64 since we've seen him but that shows how good duke was..

oh yea max payne would be fat on the new consoles i forgot about that game cuz i didn't like part two. the level where you play as mona for the first time, in the exploding building, i played it so many times and i always died as mona after getting so far wit max in that level to die every time as mona, god it pissed me off so bad, so i threw the game away ha ha ha. true crime could make a cool game, but we all see what they did with part two, i loved part one, but hated part two.

well i sure wasn't saying that max payne the character would be a lard a$$ in a new gen game, but i'm not saying its pretty hot and tempting either, it would just be fat, cool, rad, gnarly, whatever terminology you prefer

speaking of fat, where's an obese(sp?)(fat) hero? i personally think many old gen titles should stay old gen, don't screw up something that's a classic/nastolgic by doing a 'remake' or trying to continue the saga this far into the future. i wouldn't mind if they made some of those into arcade releases though and keep the nostalgia alive.

I'm a Friday the 13th fan and Nightmare on Elm Street fan, so I would like to see these games brought back to life. Only, try to make them Resident Evil 4-ish! I can see it now...

What about mdk. does anyone remember this totally original and tripped out game.I don't think they'll ever make another but it would be cool. Also a car combat game like vigilante 8,twisted,rogue trip.

Double dragons was good too.

If they could make good super heroe games we wouldn't have this problem.
Think about it batman superman, xmen, hulk how can you mess games like these up I mean they can do everything but somehow they did.

Hulk and spidy were pretty good and that's it.

Just wait until Homebrew comes to the 360... All these games will at least be playable through emulation, although an official new release or arcade upgrade with online play would definitely help. MS needs better arcade games. they are wasting time with games like UNO. Who really plays UNO on their 360? Thats definitely not what I bought mine for.

i remember mdk kinda reminds me of spawn, dude a spawn game could be fat too. i played one on ps2 or xbox but it was very limited, pretty much sucked.

tycobb- did you play the new official xmen game, it is pretty good actually, i'd like to see hulk and spiderman on 360, i loved spiderman, the combat was kind of weak but some of the different stuff you could do to ppl was cool, like hanging em from lightpost. and the freeroam was awesome, i loved just swinging and climbing around. same with hulk, but i like hulks missions, i didn't like spidermans missions that much at all. hulk would look freaking sweet on 360. i forgot how much i liked that game untill now.

@brandonb Yeah spawn was a good one too.Mdk was trippy too it had mirrors for the floor so it would trick you into thinking you were walking on the roof lol and much more.

I didn't really like xmen the official game that much with the exception of nightcrawler and the fact that it was 3rd person. It was cheesy. No animations and only 3 charactors(including the incredibly boring wolverine)it seemed rush for the movie.

@shauntay duke has been in development for a decade ,so asking that is a hard question to answer.Breaking news in june shows that 3d realms will have quit the incentive to finish it by the end of the year.
