Hi guys... another one for you to solve!

I have coast to coast (outrun)iso, and running it on the latest devhook.
but whenever i try and load it it just turn off the psp after a few seconds. when i turn it back on its just on the normal 1.50 screen, doesnt seem to work!!!
any help would be very much appreciated thanks.
