hey i know that if u burn at 1x , it's better than 4X, but my burner burn at 4x even if i set DVD Decrypter at 1x, can anyone tell me how to burner at 1x, because its causing problems w/ my back ups.
(i use memorex DVD-R 8x , is that maybe the problem, bacause i have some games that worked perfectly w/ those,but i'm trying to do winning eleven 10, and when it loads, it takes so much time)
The burn speed is dictated by the disc, so it'll be the disc that's stopping you burning at 1x.
And if you're using 8x discs, then it's better to burn at 4x anyway. Half the discs' max speed. I would switch to better media anyway if I were you.
i agree, it is not the speed you are burning, 4X on an 8X DVD is how i have done all of mine. It will always do that no matter what you set it to.
It is those Memorex discs that are your problem, they are just complete junk.
