I have a ext.media player that is USB 2.0,but is not seen by my PC. any I idea?

Check to make sure your USB is 2.0.

Thanks, My USB is 2.0 and I have other devices running by USB 2.0 [HD,Printers]

I had a similar problem with a creative Zen. It wouldn't work with the two working front panel USB ports (camera and memory card reader in each). However works fine in the rear 6. Have you tried all your USB ports?
