Nvidia nTune not working Please help

I just recenty updated to the new nVidia ForceWare (xp) v91.31. and scince I installed it my old nTune v2.05.15.08 doe not work, it doesnt report the GPU clock rates and when I open my profiles it says it cant open the profile due to an error. So then I installed the new nTune v5.00.06.06 When ever I try to Apply my change or test them. It tells me that the changes are invalid ang will not be applyed, nomatter how little the change is but when i doit thought the actual video card properties it works. The Funny thing is that I am not over clocking my card Im actually under clocking it so my sys runs cool when im not playing games. I have used those settings for a while now so i know they work. I didnt know where else to post and every body here in AD is always helpful.
