when i plug in the usb to the computer and the usb to the psp and connect them nothing comes up on my computer, is there any steps im doing wrong or need to do? thanks alot!

Yes probably, and it will be unusable as new versions of gta have the exploit patched. Its best to buy it from eBay to get an older copy that isnt patched
