R file changing to ISO's

I download a ps2 game and it came in a bunch of files, 45 R files, they all start with R then some numbers and go in order (R00,R01,R02,R03...) and then 1 .RAR file and I don't know how to convert them all into an iso to make it work.

YOu need to use WinRAR to extract it - use the search function next time!!!
