Why are you trying to play PS2 disc on the PC? Some DVD reader won't read PS2 format discs, so it's normal...

open DVD Decrypter and go to mode>iso>read, now insert da disc and click da decrypt icon, if this doesnt work then da disc is scratched or you have hardware probs. :)

maybe your burner doesnt read +R
open DVD Decrypter and go to tools>drive>capabilities and see if it says it supports +R
Or maybe the disc IS empty, does the disc your trying to read, play on your ps2?

hmmm, what game is it?,your pic is showing DVD Decrypter is saying it has 1 layer only
try putting, the game in the pioneer drive, and then use something like ultraiso to try and get the image onto the hardrive
is this game a copied DVD-9,or an original?

it sounds to me,that there is a problem with that disk
lba out of range normally means there is a problem with the drive, and or software
it means it is having problems reading sectors of the disk, but its strange,as it dont even get going
is the firmware on the pioneer 108 up to date?
you should have version 1.20 flashed on it
