i downloaded ciso converter although when i start it up on my laptop it says " The application failed to intialize", geez its confusing. Also when putting isos on the memstick where do i put them in the psp/game folder?

Download it again, Download it from a different source, or Download an older vesrion.
Also, don't double post. It's really annoying and sets you up for a flame.

Make a folder in the root of your memory stick named ISO. Put the ISO in the ISO folder.
