This is in the readme:

Downgrading 2.00 -> 1.50 method
-------------------------------

Requires :
----------

- PSP 2.00 (if you have an 1.51 or 1.52, update to 2.00)
- The 1.50 EBOOT.PBP update (http://shockzone.free.fr/PSP/Tool/EBOOT_1.50.zip)
- MPHDowngrader (http://www.chez.com/mph/)

Installation :
--------------

- Create a UPDATE folder in PSP/GAME/ folder of your memory stick
- Copy EBOOT.PBP (update 1.50) in UPDATE folder
- Unpack MPHDowngrader.zip
- Copy overflow.tif in your PSP/PHOTO/ folder of your memory stick
- Copy h.bin in root of your memory stick
- Copy index.dat in root of your memory stick
- Plug the AC adaptor

Then, enter in VSHELL PHOTO MENU, this will launch Version Changer.

Create an USB connection and if the Version Changer has been installed, a new file is created in your root of your memory stick (ms0:/index.dat.bak).

Then go to VSHELL GAME MENU and launch 1.50 update.

Follow the instructions ...

The VSHELL is the XMB. So, he just means go to the PHOTO menu in the XMB.

Also, just follow this guide. Don't do anything that the comments say though. Just follow the actual guide word for word. http://www.hackaday.com/entry/1234000687060851/

Edit: When you do your quotes make sure they're

I know that I am not making Quotes the right way...but anyway what is XMB? And can anyone guide me through this or should I do it myself...and it's not risky, right? (at least 90% success rate, right?)

P.S.
Is version changer a program?

I did it all copied stuff to root (2 files), update in the game folder with 1.5 eboot in it and then it says enter in vshell photo menu, wtf is that? I clicked on photo in the menu of the psp and it freezes after 1 second forcing me to reset my psp and then I did it a couple of times and then two of those times it made my psp 1.00 so then I upgraded to 2.00 using my gta lcs umd which failed at 99% but yet when I reset the psp, I had firmware 2.00!! WTF is going on? Someone plz help! The guides don't help since I don't know what VSHELL Photo menu means..my psp works but I'm just curious...how do you know if ur psp is bricked, is it because it doesnt work at all or what?

Thx, in advance...

P.S.
Thirst, the guide u gave me doesnt work... (page wont load)
