Do I have to use Xbox 360 wireless adapter to get online


Or can I use another thumb drive wireless adapter such as this with a usb extension.

nope, xbox 360 doesn't use standard USB.

Ive tried using 3 different usb adapters, none work!!! if you really want wireless connectivity you'll have shell out $100!

I have seen the 360 USB adapter at gamestop for 69.99 and 79.99. These are used prices.
