if somebody can tell me why when i burn a movie it keeps jumping i have the update to Nero 7 ultra if someone can help thank you

1. Use quality media such as Verbatim (made in Japan or Taiwan) or Sony, Taiyo Yuden, Fuji, Maxell (made in Japan only).
2. Only burn at half the rated speed of the blank media.
3. Don't multitask during the burn.
4. Defrag HDD before burning.
5. Keep an eye on compression ratio...if excessive use quality controls.
6. Don't burn too close to the edge of the disc...reduce your target size to 4300.
7. Don't apply paper adhesive labels to your disc...use a sharpie or printable media.
