I need some help with this game.... I get so frustrated. Im on config 3 and my buddy uses config 4. Haymakers are hella slow now, I used to just spam them with fnr 2, but now i get tooled. My buddy throws a left hook that absolutly murders me, and its not all slow like a haymaker, its pretty fast. Is there a power punch with config 4? How is he kickin my @$$ so bad with these fast power shots??

If he's landing haymakers he's getting the adrenaline boost so he can throw punches fastest without losing stamania. Turn on the HUD and you'll see what I mean. Sticking a constant haymaker throwr with a jab helps, but it he's really good at it and everyting else it will be fustrating for you. I use config 5. Also some fighters match up better. Who are you guys using?

i was using jones and he was using taylor or someone like that. i was just getting rocked, i thought maybe there was a faster way to throw haymakers without using the joystick. but i dont think thats possible

Taylor is super fast for a middleweight. I don't even fight him anymore on Live against anyone with a pretty good record, because he's too much at an advange due to his speed. Yes, the only way to throw haymakers is with the stick. I think they are overrated anyway. I'm pretty good at 279-157 and I rarely use them. Plus I'm a lefty which I think makes it a little harder to throw them well.
