What do you use to convert your videos to PSP format?

My question is what do you people use to convert your videos to .mp4 format? I currently use PSPVideo9 and it's good. Is there anyother program out there that is better? Free or Purchase. Thanks :).

There is quite a few, pspvideo 9 like u said, xilisoft makes one, theres imtoo, another one i cant think of, and my personal favorite is Nero. Nero is super super fast at converting the video files also.
