If you downloaded the file, just launch it w/ DevHook v0.42a (No Autorun, which is SWEEEEET!)

It is already hacked from torrent sites. AND you don't need to apply the patch.

If you made your own rip, I'm not sure about the patch, but you DO need to change the PRX files.

Hey guano where did u get devhook .42a i know they came out with .42 but i havent seen the .42a
