I'm a bit new to Nero 7 Ultra and can't seem to figure out how to do this:
Problem: I have about 300 *.mpg files from 2 seconds to 1 min. each.
They are sorted by date. They total only a gig in size
Wanted: I would like to set up a menue system on the DVD that shows
years in the root menu, ex 2000, 2001..., Then under each of
those, have the months, then under those have the movies
(about 15 to 20 per month).
Nero wants to add the movies first (only 99 files) then the
menus
I'm sure it can be done, but I do not know how, nor do I know what to search for in forums.
Any suggestions out there, Any help would be apriciated

The problem you will bump up against is that the standard DVD specifications provide for a maximum of 99 titles per title set. So unless you merge some of the clips in some fashion, you'll have to put them on separate disks.
DVD Remake allows placing more than one ISO onto a DVD and keeping the original menus. I've never tried doing it but you may be able to get around this obstacle using that program. You will create ISO image files with up to 99 titles including menus and then combine these in DVD Remake. It may work or it may not as I've never tried it.
Thanks for that. If I take a month of files (about 15) and stich them together as one movie file, I might be able to do something.
But I'm not sure about the menus. Nero will make sub menus if there are chapters in a single movie file. How can I make the button just go to a sub menu without a movie. Then have buttons that go to movies with chapters? Any ideas
