Well every time i try to update my windows i get this message. can anyone help?

Is you Windows authentic?

Try searching that error number either on the Microsoft website or Google.

Edit: Upon searching this the problem it seems to come from a firewall blocking you from connecting. Turn off your firewall then try again.
