About the only mod is using eloader in conjunction with a copy of the older GTA:LCS. And eloader doesnt load all homebrew. If you're wanting to run homebrew amongst other things you should try the newly released 2.5/2.6 downdater. The only thing is it cant be a TA-082 PSP. This link will help you determine if it is or not.

R there any font mods or anything like that? I've seen the Gameboot with the blood and scratches. Can i do this on a 2.6?

frankie is your psp a factory 2.6? if not why dont you downgrade to 1.5 and they you can do all homebrew!

You can run homebrew using the Eloader (you can find it here: http://www.noobz.eu )

No you cant, as SoulIjah said, if you do not have a factory 2.6 you can downgrade to 1.5

my mobo is fine its IC6001 so no probs on the 'Easy 2.50/2.60 Downgrader' download page it says

'Your PSP CANNOT be a factory 2.50/2.60 PSP! It had to have been updated once before from a previous version or the downgrader will not work, thus a brick'

if i update my factory v2.5 to v2.6 then run 'Easy 2.50/2.60 Downgrader' will this result in bricking my psp or a successful downgrade?

If any people out there that have successflly downgraded a factory 2.5 psp please reply!!

This is such an old thread, but for anyone who has firmware 2.6, you'll be interested to know that you can now change the gameboot!
