help me unlock my phone

here is my phone's (nokia) information

model: 3120
type : RH-19
IMEI : 357966003237287
T mobile
my current location: is Eritea (in the north of Africa)

earlier this phone was being used in ENGLAND

I dont understand. Who ( service provider ) is the phone locked to? and in which country?
