What is the best format for music on a Zen Vision M?

Im converting my itunes music files which are AAC to MP3 files in itunes. But i am wondering which is the best format for quality or battery life on the Zen Vision M. What are the pro's and con's of the different file types?

I fyou convert them to WMA's than the quailty will be less because of 64kbs, but you can fot twice as much as mp3 audio. So It depends on how many songs you have.
