i have used the PPF patch and patched the orginal iso...

i then used the rip kit and got it down to 224mg...

when i use devhook.. the iso starts fine and ir loads untill the point where it says .. single player or mutili player... so i click single player..

adn the memory light which flickers when its loading.. just stays on as a constant light and the psp crashes

im pirrty sure i followed the instructions.. any ideas ppls?

Those ripkits have to take somethin out. It could be because of that. I always try to not use them so I can enjoy the game to it's full potential. After all who wants to play something with no music, and no cut-scenes. Most of the those cut-scenes provide you with you valuable info. You could always try patching the game yourself, IE., swapping out the .prx's. Also there is ways of shrinking games without ripping stuff out of em. For instance if you take cars (800MB's) and extract all the files out of it, and recompile it yourself, not taking anything out mind you, it drops to 200 MB's in size. I hope this helps you out.

Try using battlefront 2's prx's and to make the iso's smaller use UMDripper, dummy all pad files (if there are any in this iso) dummy whatever songs and movies you dont want. Avoid using ripkits!

but would it be a prx problem if the game starts and im in the menu.. ist just when i click single player or muti player it crashs??

try the game without using the ripkit, see if it works. sometime the ripkit delete some of the files in the ISO. what was the original size of the ISO before u swapped the prx and applied the prf??

i just swapped the prx myself and the iso size came to 314mg...

but it still doesnt work..

with the rip kit it got it to 224....

the loading light just stays constatly on if that makes a difefrence

yes ...?
