Hello,

Thank you for the help in advance. Anybody could help? I'VE FLASHED MY BIOS. But I want to get my xbox back on track, I miss the damn thing. Everything worked well before the FLASH. Never opened it up. I don't know anything about MODs or the technical stuff...but never back down from a challenge either. HEEELLLPP!

is your xbox softmodded or is there a chip inside...what did u use to flash the bios??

I was given a boot cd with the xbox when I bought it off my buddy. That's what I used first to boot up and when I got in I flashed the BIOS. It asked me if I was sure that was what I wanted to do and I said Yes to it. The game froze up and I decided to reboot it. Did that and got FRAG. That's the entire story. Maybe I need to get a new chip cause that's what I have been advised to do. But I just thought that I would be able to resetup. But I don't think that that is an alternative because if it can't boot then there's nothing I would be able to download or upload to it to correct the problem. I haven't the tools to open it up but will get them soon and let you know. Thanks for all your help Ridges.

yea the only thing you can do now is bu another chip......if it was a better chip they all have a back-up bios so you can reflash the chip....

I would just open it up pull the chip and then do the softmod on it. a lot cheaper and gets the job done. once you pull the chip the box will be like it was never modded.. but if the Hard Drive you have is unlocked this will not work for you.

Only thing is for you you will have to open your xbox and remove the chip before you can softmod.
