I'm getting 3 attempts to boot with FRAG!! And it just repeats itself.

thats not a bios error thats an error on the modchip....did you mess with any connections what type of modchip do you have and what bios did you flash to it?

No I didn't mess with any connections. Never opened up the Xbox. I just had the boot cd in the drive and literally FLASHED it. So all I get now is this FRAG and attempts at boot.

I don't know of the chip type as I bought it off a friend. The dash is in Polish!!!! Maybe you could help me resetup?

To tell you the truth Ridges I don't know what I was thinking. I got it off a friend working well and I think I was having a bad day. Yeah, think I got fired from my job that day. And I was just fooling around with the boot disc.

I don't know what version of the xbox I have and what chip I've got. But I will find out and let you know ASAP. I know I flashed my bios cause it asked me if I'm sure that what I want to do and I said yes. lol. I was hoping that it would overwrite and work fine but it didn't. I think it froze up and that's when reality hit me. I really didn't touch it after that, just packed it up and put it away until a couple days ago when I felt like gaming.

Please Ridge, if there's anything that I could download to get it working tell me. But I'll work on the model and chip type. Thanks for replying. God Speed!

Oh, and it used to boot up with EvoX in the top left hand corner of the screen. Hope this helps.

It sounds like a TSOP flashed box...very common if the dash is in some strange language.
Evox top left corner seems to confirm an old evox tsop dash.. This isn't going to be easy..

you can open the xbox up and check is its a TSOP Flash or if its an actual chip it, will be located under the dvd drive.....
