HELLO TO EVERY ONE, I ALWAYS GET THE SAME ERROR WHIT THE VIRTUAL DUB THE 98% OF THE VIDEOS, THAT I TRY TO PU TTHE SUBTITLE. WHAT CAN I DO TO FIX THAT, THERE IS AN OTHER PROGRAM TO PUT STATICS SUBITLES TO A DivX? THANKS.

WHAT'S WITH THE BLOODY CAPS?

For DivX files you should really be using xsubs. No need to re-encode that way. Just mux via divxmux (probably using a GUI).

If you really want hardsubs, then I would suggest vsfilter via AVISynth instead of VDub. You really didn't provide any details of your process though.

hello, sorry about not putiing the error, but is now finish i get a solution it was about a codec. but i´m intrested in the way that you said to put hard sub in the movie how can i do it what the name of the software, thanks. andres.
