I just got a new computer but don't want to go through all the trouble of re-book marking all my old pages and re-downloading all my FireFox extensions (which could take a while). Is there anyway I could store that information and transfer it on a 'flash drive' or something so I can keep my setup on a new computer or a school computer? Thanks for any help.

Navigate here:
C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles

There will be a folder w/ a random name. Simply copy that folder. anywhere, and then paste it in the same place in the new install.

Or, for bookmarks, you could use del.icio.us, like I do...or you can click "bookmarks", then "manage bookmarks", then "file" then "export"...and it'll export them to a html file with which you can do as you please.

Thats is the best way from TomMelee for transfering all your bookmarks from computer to another & I would like to add to what he typed (once you saved them they will be in html file simply just paste that file in your other computer then open your explorer and go throu same as you did click "bookmarks", then "manage bookmarks", then "file" but "Import" this time). It will ask you Import bookmarks from:
Microsoft Internet Explorer
or
From File

Just choose From File and click next.

Thanks, I guess it wasn't as complicated as I thought.
